Slide to Puzzle! — studioD51 (이하 "개발자")

1. 개요

Slide to Puzzle! (이하 "본 앱")는 사용자의 개인을 직접적으로 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 모든 게임 데이터(레벨 진행, 최고 기록, 설정 등)는 사용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 개발자가 운영하는 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 개발자가 수집하는 정보

본 앱 자체는 어떠한 개인정보도 직접 수집하지 않습니다.

회원가입 및 로그인 기능이 없습니다.
게임 플레이 데이터(레벨 진행도, 클리어 기록, 설정 값)는 기기 내 로컬 저장소에만 저장됩니다.
개발자가 운영하는 서버와의 통신은 없습니다.

3. 광고 — Google AdMob

본 앱은 Google이 제공하는 모바일 광고 SDK인 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공 및 측정을 위해 다음과 같은 정보를 자동으로 수집·이용할 수 있습니다.

기기 광고 식별자 (Apple IDFA, Google Advertising ID 등)
IP 주소 및 대략적 위치 정보 (국가 단위)
기기 및 앱 정보 (기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 버전)

4. 앱 추적 투명성 (App Tracking Transparency)

iOS 14.5 이상에서 본 앱은 Apple의 App Tracking Transparency 정책에 따라, 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 통한 트래킹에 대해 사용자에게 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다.

권한을 허용하면 사용자의 관심사에 맞춘 개인화 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.
권한을 거부하면 트래킹 없는 비개인화 광고만 표시되며, 게임 플레이에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.
권한 설정은 iOS 설정 → 개인 정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.

5. 앱 내 구매 (In-App Purchases)

본 앱은 광고 제거 등 일부 기능에 대해 앱 내 구매를 제공할 수 있습니다. 모든 결제 처리는 Apple의 StoreKit을 통해 이루어지며, 개발자는 결제 카드 정보 등 어떠한 결제 관련 개인정보도 수집·보관하지 않습니다. 결제·환불 관련 정책은 Apple의 약관을 따릅니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 모든 연령대가 즐길 수 있도록 설계되었으나, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 광고 노출에 대해서는 보호자께서 iOS의 스크린타임 및 트래킹 권한 설정을 통해 관리해 주시기 바랍니다.

7. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

모든 게임 데이터는 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. AdMob 등 제3자 서비스가 보관하는 데이터에 대해서는 각 서비스의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

8. 개인정보처리방침의 변경

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행일 최소 7일 전에 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다. 변경 사항이 사용자의 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 경우 앱 내 공지 등 추가적인 방법으로 안내할 수 있습니다.

Slide to Puzzle! — studioD51 ("Developer")

1. Overview

Slide to Puzzle! (the "App") does not collect personally identifiable information directly. All game data (level progress, personal bests, settings) is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to any server operated by the Developer.

2. Information the Developer Collects

The App itself does not collect any personal information directly.

There is no account registration or login functionality.
Gameplay data (level progress, clear records, settings) is stored locally on your device only.
The App does not communicate with any server operated by the Developer.

3. Advertising — Google AdMob

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, Google's mobile advertising SDK. AdMob may automatically collect and process the following information to serve and measure ads:

Device advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA, Google Advertising ID, etc.)
IP address and approximate location (country-level)
Device and app information (model, OS version, app version)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

4. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App may request permission to track you across apps and websites using your advertising identifier (IDFA), in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

If you allow tracking, you may see personalized advertisements tailored to your interests.
If you decline, you will only see non-personalized advertisements, and your gameplay experience will not be affected.
You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases (for example, to remove ads). All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit. The Developer does not collect or store any payment-related personal information such as credit card details. Payment and refund terms are governed by Apple's policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is designed to be enjoyable for all ages, but it does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 14 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). For children's exposure to advertisements, we encourage parents to manage iOS Screen Time and Tracking permissions.

7. Data Storage and Deletion

All game data is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App will delete all data. Data held by third-party services such as AdMob is governed by each service's own policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, we will provide notice at least 7 days before the effective date through this page. If the change materially affects your rights, we may also notify you through in-app announcements.
