이용약관
studioD51 (이하 "회사")
제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 회사가 제공하는 모바일 게임 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (용어의 정의)
- "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 모바일 게임 및 관련 온라인 기능을 의미합니다.
- "이용자"란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
- "게스트 계정"이란 기기 식별자를 기반으로 자동 생성되는 계정을 의미합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
본 약관은 서비스 내 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 최소 7일 전에 공지합니다.
제4조 (서비스의 제공)
- 회사는 게임 플레이, 점수 기록, 랭킹 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 서비스는 연중무휴 제공을 원칙으로 하나, 시스템 점검 등의 사유로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
제5조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다:
- 비정상적인 방법으로 점수를 조작하거나 랭킹을 부정하게 올리는 행위
- 서비스의 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 타인의 정보를 도용하는 행위
- 서비스를 영리 목적으로 이용하는 행위
- 기타 관계 법령에 위배되는 행위
제6조 (서비스 이용 제한)
회사는 이용자가 제5조를 위반한 경우 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
제7조 (면책 조항)
- 회사는 천재지변, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 장애 등 불가항력으로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.
- 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 무료로 제공하는 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 법령에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제8조 (지적재산권)
서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(게임, 이미지, 음악, 텍스트 등)에 대한 저작권 및 지적재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
제9조 (준거법 및 관할법원)
본 약관의 해석 및 분쟁 해결에 관하여는 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁이 발생한 경우 회사 소재지 관할 법원을 합의 관할로 합니다.

studioD51 ("Company")
1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of the mobile game services ("Services") provided by the Company.
2. Definitions
- "Services" refers to the mobile games and related online features provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Services.
- "Guest Account" refers to an account automatically created based on a device identifier.
3. Effectiveness and Modification
These Terms take effect when posted within the Services or on this page. The Company may modify these Terms with at least 7 days' prior notice.
4. Provision of Services
- The Company provides gameplay, score recording, and ranking services.
- Services are provided on a continuous basis but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance or other reasons.
- The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Services.
5. User Obligations
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Manipulating scores or rankings through abnormal methods
- Interfering with the operation of the Services
- Using another person's information without authorization
- Using the Services for commercial purposes
- Any other activities that violate applicable laws
6. Restriction of Use
The Company may restrict access or delete accounts if a User violates Article 5.
7. Disclaimer
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or network provider outages.
- The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the User's own actions.
- Unless otherwise required by law, the Company assumes no liability for free services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the Services (games, images, music, text, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Company.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.
